対象：

  • フルプライマリーを十分に練習されているアシュタンガの生徒さん
  • レギュラーにマイソールスタイルの練習をされている方で、少なくともハーフプライマリーまでを十分に練習し、プライマリーシリーズの後半に取り組んでいる方

対象とならない方：

  • アシュタンガヨガの経験がない方

Suitable for:

  • Any ashtanga student that is proficient with full Primary Series.
  • Regular mysore style students that are proficient up to at least half primary series and is working on the second half of the series.

Not Suitable for:

  • Anyone that has no prior Ashtanga yoga experience.
