

MYSORE: (40min - 150min per student)
Mysore style class is the traditional way to learn the classical Ashtanga Yoga system as taught by KPJAYI in Mysore, India. This is a one-on-one coaching in a group class setting class. Students will develop a personalised practice that belongs to their own unique body & mind conditions and physical abilities, under the guidance of the same teacher 4-6 times a week.
Suitable for:

Anyone & all level – the young, the old, the weak, the strong, men & women, with or without ashtanga experience.

LED 1.5 レッド 1.5 (120min) - Full Primary + 1/3 of the Intermediate series.
This guided Led class will cover the Full Primary series and continue into at least 1/3 of the Intermediate series. The teacher will be counting the sequence in Sanskrit with very minimal explanation.
Suitable for:

Mysore style students that are proficient with full Primary Series and is working on the first half of the Intermediate series in their mysore practice.
Not Suitable for:
-
Anyone that does not have a regular mysore style practice.

LED 1.0 レッド 1.0 (90min) - full Primary Series
This is a full Primary Series guided group class. The teacher will be counting the sequence in Sanskrit with minimal explanation.
Suitable for:
-
Any ashtanga student that is proficient with full Primary Series.

Regular mysore style students that are proficient up to at least half primary series and is working on the second half of the series.
Not Suitable for:
-
Anyone that has no prior Ashtanga yoga experience.

LED 0.5 レッド 0.5 (75min) - half Primary Series
This is a half Primary Series guided group class. The teacher will be counting the sequence in Sanskrit with some elaborations and explanation.
Suitable for:

Any ashtanga student that is proficient with first half of the Primary Series.

Beginning ashtanga students that have learned the full standing sequence and is working on any parts of the seated sequence up to Navasana in their Mysore practice.
Not Suitable for:
-
Anyone that has no prior Ashtanga experience.
