Service Description

これは、グループで行われるフルプライマリーのクラスです。先生が、ごくわずかな説明と共に、サンスクリット語で順番をカウントします。 対象： フルプライマリーを十分に練習されているアシュタンガの生徒さん レギュラーにマイソールスタイルの練習をされている方で、少なくともハーフプライマリーまでを十分に練習し、プライマリーシリーズの後半に取り組んでいる方 対象とならない方： アシュタンガヨガの経験がない方 This is a full Primary Series guided group class. The teacher will be counting the sequence in Sanskrit with minimal explanation. Suitable for: Any ashtanga student that is proficient with full Primary Series. Regular mysore style students that are proficient up to at least half primary series and is working on the second half of the series. ​ Not Suitable for: Anyone that has no prior Ashtanga yoga experience.

Cancellation Policy

予約は各クラスの14日前から可能です。最終の予約受付は各クラスの開始3時間前迄です。キャンセル、または変更は各クラス開始の6時間前までにEメールにてお知らせください。予約されたクラスを時間内にキャンセルしなかった場合、クラスパスが１つ差し引かれます。 To cancel or reschedule, please email us 6 hours before class time. Failing to cancel a booked class in time would result in deduction of one class pass.
