Service Description

料金： ドロップイン: ¥1818（税込¥2000） これは、グループで行われるハーフプライマリーのクラスです。先生が、ある程度詳しい説明を加えながら、順番をサンスクリット語でカウントします。 対象： ハーフプライマリーを十分に練習されているアシュタンガの生徒さん アシュタンガのビギナーで、マイソールスタイルの練習で、すべての立位のポーズの順番を終えて、座位のポーズからナヴァーサナまでの間のポーズに取り組んでいる方。 対象とならない方： アシュタンガヨガの経験がない方 DROP-IN: ¥1818 + 10% tax = ¥2000 This is a half Primary Series guided group class. The teacher will be counting the sequence in Sanskrit with some elaborations and explanation. Suitable for: Any ashtanga student that is proficient with first half of the Primary Series. Beginning ashtanga students that have learned the full standing sequence and is working on any parts of the seated sequence up to Navasana in their Mysore practice. ​ Not Suitable for: Anyone that has no prior Ashtanga experience.

Cancellation Policy

予約は各クラスの14日前から可能です。最終の予約受付は各クラスの開始3時間前迄です。キャンセル、または変更は各クラス開始の6時間前までにEメールにてお知らせください。予約されたクラスを時間内にキャンセルしなかった場合、クラスパスが１つ差し引かれます。 To cancel or reschedule, please email us 6 hours before class time. Failing to cancel a booked class in time would result in deduction of one class pass.
